WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- LOCATION: Sri Lanka
- WORK DAYS: Monday to Friday
- ASSOCIATE
- FULL-TIME
- SHIFT: 7.30pm to 4.00am (SLST)
- OTHER DETAILS: 6-month contract, US calendar applicable
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meet delivery and quality related KPIs
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of process outcomes
- Maintain Excellent customer service standards
- Adhere to compliance requirements
- Uphold company values at all times
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Minimum 1-year experience in BPO sector is mandatory
- Completed/undertaking an academic or professional qualification
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
