Brand Manager
- Thorough understanding the B2B and B2C market dynamics and be able to develop and execute effective marketing and communications strategies.
- Defining and communicating the unique value proposition of the brand to the target audience.
- Should be able to understand competitor activity, market trends and accordingly develop NPD and other growth initiatives.
- Collaborating effectively with external agencies, service providers and other internal and external stakeholders for business development.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive engagement.
- Should have a creative mindset to propose new ideas to effectively engage with the existing and new customers.
- Sound understanding of social media trends and the management of company's digital media platforms.
Should possess a Degree or Professional qualifications in Marketing from a recognized University or Institute. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in a FMCG environment.
Possess sound knowledge and exposure in Brand management, Advertising and Sales.
Possess excellent understanding of the full marketing mix including experience in building and utilizing digital media strategies.
Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
Should possess excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
