Head of Agriculture & Gardening
Join us as our full-time, on-site Head of Agriculture & Gardening.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying weather, climate, and environmental factors and managing and innovating cultivation activities accordingly.
- Maintaining good relationships between government, various organizations, and customers.
- Training the agriculture and gardening team, and evaluating their skills timely.
- Ability to stay and work.
- Leading and managing plantation, production, purchases and related agricultural and gardening activities.
- Staying updated with the latest agricultural and gardening trends and incorporating the necessary upgrades.
- Maintaining operational visibility with the senior management.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Floriculture/ Forestry/ Beekeeping/ Vegetables/ Paddy Cultivation/ Banana Cultivation/ Shredding/ Distillation/ Fertilizers/ Horticulture/ Organic Cultivation/ Shade Manipulation/ Animal Husbandry, etc.
- Degree (or similar) in Horticulture or agriculture from a recognized university.
- A capable professional who can uphold Aviyana Ceylon's brand values, ethics, and code of conduct.
