Manager - Aviyana Global Campus
Join us as our full-time, on-site Manager - Aviyana Global Campus.
Aviyana Global Campus is the on-site training school owned, operated, and quality-controlled by Aviyana Ceylon to train the hotel's employees to adhere to 7-star standards, across multiple disciplines relevant to customer-facing operations.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the hotel industry.
- A post-graduate degree in the hospitality industry or similar.
- Sound capability to train and guide the team, upholding Aviyana Ceylon's values, ethics, and code of conduct.
- Ability to maintain discipline, administration, and meet academic targets within the set timeframes.
- Maintain performance visibility and communications with the senior management.
- Ability to stay and work.
- Ability to manage languages more than Sinhala and English is preferred.
- Being over 45 years of age.
