Director - Human Resource Management
Join us as our full-time, on-site Director - Human Resource Management.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management and development.
- Minimum 3-4 years of similar capacity in a large-scale organization.
- A postgraduate degree in human resource management or higher is preferred.
- Sound understanding of the tourism industry and its job opportunities and discipline.
- Ensure that all employees meet their performance goals.
- Sound understanding and experience in labor laws, including relevant disciplines.
- Sound understanding and experience in employee problem-solving and legal aspects.
- Sound understanding and experience of employee policies, training, and insurance.
- Maintaining communications on the senior management level regarding strategies for employee retention, welfare, and relevant aspects.
- A capable professional who can seamlessly bond with Aviyana Ceylon's values, ethics, and code of conduct.
- Bilingual proficiency language level in Sinhala and English languages.
- Experience with digital HR platforms will be an added advantage.
