Assistant Manager
Sales Support Unit
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the Advisor Onboarding Process and ensure the Codes are generated within the given service standards
- Overlooking Personal file management process
- Processing of Re-designations, reporting changes & branch transfers. Processing of Competitor Clearances
- Check and verify the accuracy of prepared Income Support payments Monitor IS Recovery and liaise with finance to ensure timely deduction
- Identify the key areas functions which can be streamlined with system automation
- Timely deliver Management information to the Top Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in Insurance environment is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
