Assistant Manager

Sales Support Unit

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Advisor Onboarding Process and ensure the Codes are generated within the given service standards
  • Overlooking Personal file management process
  • Processing of Re-designations, reporting changes & branch transfers. Processing of Competitor Clearances
  • Check and verify the accuracy of prepared Income Support payments Monitor IS Recovery and liaise with finance to ensure timely deduction
  • Identify the key areas functions which can be streamlined with system automation
  • Timely deliver Management information to the Top Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in Insurance environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
