Cafeteria Administrator
Location - HEAD OFFICE
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks effectively
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of food and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Manage kitchen budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and contracts
Individual Profile
Ages between 30 - 55.
Previous experience in cafeteria management or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health code standards
