Store Keeper

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems, updating quantities after each transaction.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and prevent stock outs.
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and checking for damage.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years' experience in hotel Field.
  • Strong organizing and communication skills.
  • Be able to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Be friendly, outgoing personality with team spirit.

Guest Relations Officer

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and positive reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry added an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Using hotel management software and Microsoft Office will be added advantage.
