Store Keeper
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems, updating quantities after each transaction.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and prevent stock outs.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years' experience in hotel Field.
- Strong organizing and communication skills.
- Be able to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
- Be friendly, outgoing personality with team spirit.
Guest Relations Officer
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and positive reviews.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry added an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
- Using hotel management software and Microsoft Office will be added advantage.
