Position: Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager - Projects & Hospitality
Base Location: Head Office - Colombo 04, Sri Lanka
Key purpose of the role: To contribute to drive growth and excellence in projects and hospitality business of Hafele Sri Lanka.
What you will do
- Foster strong client relationships: Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors to build key industry connections for growth.
- Sales Achievement: Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Documentation & Financial Management: Tendering and Documentation Management. Optimize cash flow and receivables.
- Market Analysis & Marketing Collaboration: Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
- Team-work and collaboration: Collaborate within and outside the team to maximize Productivity and achieve collective goals.

Role Requirement
- QUALIFICATION: Degree in Business Management or a related qualification
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: PMP Certification preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: Min. 5 to 8 years of related experience
- SKILLS: Proven experience in Bath-ware/Sanitary-ware/Surfaces sales (preferably in project sales) Strong connect with Architects, Contractors, decision makers in Projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives) Preferred. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
