ROLE PROFILE
- Partners with the business and executes Company's ER strategies, Policies, and Procedures
- Plans, implements, and Supports the company's Employee engagement drive
- Strengthens and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Management or any other related field from a recognized University
- MBA / MSc. from a recognized university would be an added advantage
- A Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment High level of integrity
- Possesses strong initiative, excellent management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
