The Job Role
- Plan and schedule interviews to meet resource needs.
- Support the employee onboarding process.
- Support the recruitment and selection process.
- Facilitate employee training programs.
- Maintain employee databases.
We are Expecting
- A degree/ a professional qualification or an undergraduate/learning partner from a recognized university or institution in the field of Human Resource Management/Business Administration and etc.
- Competency in the MS Office package.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English.
A competitive allowance in par with the industrial standards will be paid. The best fits will be absorbed into the permanent cadre upon the completion of Internship period.
