Executive - Market and Customer Research Analyst

  • Carry out the planning, execution, monitoring, reviewing and reporting of all customer feedback programs.
  • Ensure all such programs run according to set timelines & budgets.
  • Carry out the selection and regular review of suppliers for said research work.
  • Ensure that all research requirements of the company are captured and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Track ongoing programs for any improvements required, based on business needs.
  • Report to the management team on market and customer trends on a regular basis.
  • Set up structures for any new research requirements.

What we are looking for

  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM UK, or the completion of 2 parts of the given qualification, or a Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Having completed a research module in any of the afore mentioned qualifications would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual fluency.
  • Excellent analytical skills including fair comprehension of Microsoft Excel.
  • Decision making skills and the ability to implement according to planned timelines.
  • A customer focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work on stretched deadlines.
  • Managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • A flair for creativity and innovation.
