Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager who specializes in the food processing and plantation management sectors. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing large-scale projects from conception through to execution, including budgeting and timeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects within the food and processing sector, ensuring they meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee plantation management activities, ensuring efficient and sustainable practices.
- Develop and manage project budgets, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments and external contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Implement and oversee quality control standards throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the food processing and agricultural sectors.
- Proven background in plantation management with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting and execution of large-scale projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
