COUNSELOR
- Providing confidential counseling services to employees dealing with personal or work-related issues, offering support and guidance to help them overcome challenges
- Mediating conflicts and disputes within the workplace, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment conducive to productivity and collaboration
- Developing and implementing stress management programs and initiatives to promote mental wellness and resilience among employees
- Organizing and conducting educational workshops and training sessions on topics such as mental health awareness, coping mechanisms, and work-life balance
- Collaborating with external mental health professionals and resources to provide comprehensive referral services for employees requiring specialized assistance beyond the scope of in-house counseling
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Possession of relevant counseling certifications or licenses (e.g., LPC, LMHC) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in counseling or psychotherapy, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strict adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in handling sensitive employee information and counseling sessions
- Candidates with a forces background will be more preferred
