Restaurant & Bar Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a star class hotel.
- Sound knowledge of Bar and beverage operations, including service techniques and industry trends.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Handling bar reports involves managing various aspects related to bar operations, including inventory, sales, staff performance, customer feedback, and financial analysis.
- Should be able to promote signature cocktails.
- Should be a team player.
