We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented teacher to join our team.
GENERAL SCIENCE & BIOLOGY TEACHER (Edexcel Curriculum) – Middle School
DUTIES:
- Plan lessons, present information, promote discussion, assess performance and modify learning techniques in the study of Chemistry, Physics & Biology for students in the middle school.
- Compiling lesson plans according to the Edexcel syllabus.
- Conducting revision lessons in preparing students for their Examinations.
- Making examination papers and mark schemes for all internal assessments
- Marking all student work and delivering timely feedback to them.
- Needs to be organized and manage time efficiently to be able to complete syllabus in timely manner.
- Creating interest in the subject with the students and allowing them to express their creativity.
- Able to conduct online lessons using Microsoft Teams.
APPLICANTS SHOULD:
- Degree in the related field of subject.
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally a minimum of three years' experience teaching the subject
- Candidates are expected to have good computer literacy and the ability to prepare and teach in smart classrooms and engage in online teaching activities.
- Have experience in teaching Edexcel curriculum.
- Being able to teach IGCSE Biology would be added advantage.
- Be a team player who is willing to participate in all school events and work as a passionate and committed member of the team
