JKIT has delivered many award-winning solutions to some of the biggest names in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Consultant - Client Services. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Advisory.

  • Helping customers through support portal, email, phone, online presentations, Skype for Business, and in-person meetings.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicating progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
  • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, while exploring opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer's usage of our product-cost benefit analysis.
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPI's including assigned SLA's.
  • Assisting clients on a shift basis for 24x7 operation.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A bachelor's degree, and 2-3 years in proven account management or other related fields. Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience i.e., managing business expectations and communication as per ITIL standards. Good knowledge in IT solutions is a requirement. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
