A WELL REPUTED CLOTHING STORE IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN THE TEAM.
POST: MANAGER- OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Capacity
AGE LIMIT
- Preferably between 30-50 years
JOB ROLE
- Managing operational activities, including planning, organizing and communicating
- Maintaining interpersonal relationships with employees and with customers
- Handling and organizing all internal and external events related to the company
- Handling recruitment processes and maintaining employee records
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment
- Handling client requests and complaints
- Preparing rosters and managing staff
- Managing all day-to-day operations
- Developing company policies/procedures and conduct trainings
- Managing all administrative tasks
LOCATION
REMUNERATION
- Negotiable and will be commensurate with experience & qualifications
