Cinnamon Life - RESERVATIONS AGENT
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Reservations, you will handle reservations via phone, email and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes. Your role involves providing guests with detailed information about room availability, rates and hotel amenities, as well as assisting with modifications, cancellations and special requests. Collaborating closely with other hotel departments, you will ensure guest preferences are met seamlessly. Your professionalism and positive attitude will shine as you deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and in line with hotel policies.
Having experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.
