Functional Consultant Navision/Business Central
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their business processes and gather functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central implementations.
- Analyze, document client requirements, and translate them into clear and effective system configurations.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Navision/Business Central to ensure it aligns with client business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to clients and end-users, ensuring they can effectively use Navision/Business Central.
- Work closely with technical consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, a related field, or 1+ years equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central.
- In-depth knowledge of core Business Central modules including finance, supply chain, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to recommend best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
