Technical Consultant - Navision/Business Central
Responsibilities:
- Technical design in alignment with company technology framework.
- Perform bug fixes and maintenance of applications.
- Ensure systems' reliability, security, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use.
- Participate in complete software development life cycle; from design specification, testing and post-implementation to system support.
- Provide technical expertise in architecture and design.
- Assist the team or liaise with other teams from conception and implementation to support.
- Adhere to the Zero Defects standard.
- Manage client/vendor personnel to ensure timelines and quality are met during implementation projects.
- Maintain highest levels of discipline in adhering to company standards and methodologies.
- Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
- Define technical project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale technical project plans until final practical application.
- Assemble and coordinate with technical work staff.
- Oversee technical team, while developing strategic direction.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Consistently monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.
- Present report and solutions to users.
- Implement and manage change requests and intervention to achieve project outputs.
- Carry out technical project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Execute all of the above using ERP or implemented software which supports business operations.
- Undertake any other responsibilities given by the management time-to-time.
Qualifications:
- IT Degree/Diploma from a recognized body.
- More than 2 year's work experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Team Player with leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for work assigned.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an effective approach to remote support.
- Self-motivated, creative, passionate and able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
- Able to work under pressure.
