TEAM LEADER-LINE OPERATION
Independent Packaging (Pvt) Ltd is a well-equipped state of the art production line capable of manufacturing paper bags with value addition to cater for various industries from Fashion Stores, Food Outlets to events with a capacity over 5 million bags per month.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team player to join with us as team leader - line production.
Job Role:
- Allocation of staff based on the production plan.
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Lead and motivate the production team to meet the targets.
- Coordinate with other sections to ensure the required production targets are delivered as planned.
- Ensure the product quality is maintained all the time.
• Ensure product & staff safety at all times.
Requirement:
- Pass G.C.E. A/L
- Experience in a similar capacity at least one year.
- Computer Literacy and able to manage emails and MS office package.
- Fair Written & Spoken English knowledge.
- • Strong Leadership Qualities and ability to work independently under pressure.
- • Good Interpersonal Skills
- • Age between 23-40
Preference will be given to female candidates residing Bandaragama area.
Salary negotiable and par with the industry standards.
