Maintenance Officer
Key Responsibilities
Able to carry out repairs and maintenance.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of A/C units, Plumbing, Electrical and general maintenance in related fields.
Having the flexibility to work extra hours when required in an emergency. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Qualifications for the ideal candidate
A diploma or certificate in a relevant field (Equivalent to NVQ - Level 4 or 5). Having proven maintenance experience of at least 3 years in a Maintenance Department.
An understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. The ability to handle both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities. Male candidate below 35 years of age.
