Manager
- Saram Eco Solutions (pvt) Ltd, which is a part of the Bio Grow Group is a leading producer of coir based growing substrate in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a young, innovative, talented individual with a pleasant attitude for the above position at Puttalam Factory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide direction to the maintenance team for achieving the machine uptime target with best standard.
- Engaging with preventive maintenance of Plant equipment, Hydraulic machine, Generator and Compressor etc.
- Ensuring the availability of machines for the production with best quality and reliability.
- Managing statutory compliance in the department.
- Planning, leading & implementation of new projects relating to maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering plus minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, Fabrication, and electrical.
- Familiar with Designing software's (AutoCAD, SolidWorks...).
- Fluent knowledge of English & Sinhala both written and speaking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill with team working and multi-tasking skills.
