Looking for a suitable candidate for the post of
Executive - IT
INOAC Polymer Lanka Private Limited

A worldwide expanded and well-established group of companies that manufactures polyurethane foam products for large-scale International & domestic markets.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the company network infrastructure by taking into consideration business needs, security, and governance.
- Take ownership of the IT security landscape of Data, network, and backup system and report to management.
- Manage & ensure smooth operation of the Company ERP system while making continuous improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement IT Projects by understanding company needs.
- Ensure smooth operation of all company IT Devices including Laptops, CCTV, PABX, Fingerprint, Phones, etc...
- Manage subordinates and ensure timely support for user issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and co-workers. Ensure departmental cost-effectiveness and documentation.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Equivalent.
- 2+ years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in ERP support would be an added advantage.
- Have expert knowledge in implementing and troubleshooting Windows server systems/VMware/backup systems.
- Hands-on Experience in CISCO network switches and IP firewalls.
- Should be familiar with the administration of Office 365 cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent command of verbal & written communication as a participative team player.
