POSITION SUMMARY
- Establish project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Lead project teams in executing tasks and activities according to the project plan. Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and critical decisions to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings, issue status reports, and deliver presentations as necessary.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and ensure optimal utilization.
- Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and formulate risk mitigation strategies. Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and disruptions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of 5 years in project management, encompassing planning, execution, and successful project delivery
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering consensus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to quality and client satisfaction
