CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Interaction - Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
  • Product/Service Knowledge - Have a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively respond to customer questions and provide information.
  • Thorough understanding of the company's products or services, policies and procedures. And also make sure to align with the company rules & regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to meet their needs within minimal supervision.
  • Order Processing - Handle customer orders, returns, exchanges, and process payments accurately.
  • Documentation - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issues and resolutions, for future reference and analysis.
  • Communication - Provide clear and concise information to customers and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Complaint Handling - Manage and de-escalate difficult situations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance - Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having or following a Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be polite, well-mannered and cooperative.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Patience and Empathy - A courteous and patient attitude, along with the ability to empathize with customers, is crucial.
  • Computer Proficiency - Basic computer literacy in MS Office package, Quick learning skills of internal software, database, and other tools.
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of customer requests and adapt to changing situations and also skills in managing and resolving conflicts with customers.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
