Video Editor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Steradian Capital As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in capturing the unique essence and value of our properties and brands through compelling video content. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from showcasing the luxury and hospitality of our hotels to highlighting the cutting-edge features of our office spaces and retail hubs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital, Sales, and Events teams to develop video content strategies that effectively showcase Steradian Capital's properties and brands.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos tailored for various platforms, including YouTube, Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and Tik Tok, to maximize engagement and reach.
- Utilize your creative skills to enhance video content through techniques such as cutting, trimming, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to bring our properties and brands to life and create memorable storytelling experiences.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Steradian Capital's brand identity, standards, and messaging guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production, digital marketing, and real estate to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film production, digital media, communications, or related field.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects software is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and concepts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques for digital platforms.
- Understanding of copyright laws and licensing requirements related to video content.
