CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - SEVILLIK

Our client company is a prominent Sri Lankan holding firm specializing in the production of high-quality ceramic tiles and bathware. As they continue to expand their operations, they are actively seeking qualified professionals to join their dynamic team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers (VARs), to expand market coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to enable their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for channel partner initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the sales sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, including partner recruitment, enablement, and management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes.
