FINANCE EXECUTIVE - TREASURY
What you must do
- Assisting cash management operations to support daily cash administration by managing current accounts and bank relations.
- Timely reconciliation of cash application & disbursements.
- Monitor the accuracy of finance charges, interest charges and penalties.
- Assisting and monitoring cash transactions to ensure the bank account balances.
- Forecast, prepare, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Coordinate with local payment & procurement teams to facilitate funding arrangement for local and foreign vendor payments.
- Analyze bank facility utilization.
- Initiate fund transfer arrangements and assist in bank reconciliation process.
- Preparation of month end loan, investment & transfer schedules.
- Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files and responding to inquiries.
- Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management.
What you need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy/Finance or part qualification in ICASL/ACCA/CIMA or full qualification in AAT, or full or part qualification in DABF/CBF in banking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in treasury or similar capacity is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and emails.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting and analytics.
