Role Description
Entrusted with the overall responsibility of driving the HR function of LAUGFS Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd and LAUGFS Salt & Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd as the HR Business Partner to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Driving Talent Acquisition process of the assigned entities.
- Managing Performance Appraisal systems as per the defined timeline.
- Managing HRIS & Payroll Administration.
- Designing & Implementing Training & Development strategies.
- Managing welfare & wellbeing activities of the companies.
- Executing employee engagement plan to maintain an energetic working atmosphere.
- Preparing management reports & presenting to the management.
- Involving Annual budget process.
- Visiting respective locations on a frequent basis and addressing employee grievances proactively.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or professional Institute.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in Retail Industry.
- Be an energetic individual who aspires to walk an extra mile.
- Creative thinking and a positive attitude are essential.
- Very good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Below 30 Years of age.
