Position Overview
Royal Institute International School is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Human Resources to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, contributing to the development and fulfilment of our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the school.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues as they arise.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality educational professionals.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and supports professional development.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with department managers and monitor training programs to ensure that they are effective and beneficial.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up to date with changes in employment legislation.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment that fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, and productivity.
- Participate in the development of HR policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive and complex situations effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in an educational or similar institutional setting.
