Merchandise Manager
Ideal candidate would possess:
- Work closely with the design and production teams to develop product assortments that meet customer demand and align with company objectives.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new product development and growth.
- Manage product pricing and margin strategies to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal product quality.
- Oversee the procurement and sourcing process to maintain adequate inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors to support business objectives and drive long-term partnerships.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in merchandising or product management, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, fabric sourcing, and product development.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
