Join our brand new team at Setmil Warehouse Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisors(s)/ Technician(s) to oversee our warehouse operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This state of the art warehouse is brand new.
Key Qualifications:
- Should possess GCE OIL or above
- NVQ Level 3 or Upper qualification from a recognized vocational or a technical training institute.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and technical work.
- Proficient in maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and warehouse machinery.
- Familiarity with fire & safety standards and procedures.
- Familiarity in generator operations and change over procedures.
- Experience and knowledge in pump house operations.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the maintenance team.
- Implement and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintaining of stock items and inventories.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues swiftly.
- Assess the security to monitor the overall security of the premises and the operations.
- Assess the cleaning staff to maintain the premises in a prime condition.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Technical skills in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
