Job Title: Executive Business Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating sale fluctuations on a daily basis
- Overall responsibility for managing the cost of sale / GP margins of the company
- Preparing monthly and weekly variance reports to monitor unaccounted variances and wastages in inventory of the stores
- Analyzing, evaluating and controlling main cost components at the restaurant level
- Carrying out post and pre-promotional evaluations and completing ad hoc basis feasibility reports
- Assisting the strategic plan unit by preparing and evaluating weekly reports and assisting in preparing the monthly management accounts
- Proactively identifying and solving strategic problems that impact the business direction
- Responsible for product costings for new products and offers
- Liaising with Finance/Operations/Marketing/Supply Chain and IT departments in day-to-day work and system issue coordinator for IT Support Service
- Sales submission monthly
Requirements:
- Age between 20 - 30 Male/Female
- Part qualification of CA Sri Lanka or Full qualification of ACCA/CIMA
- Preferred with 1 - 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience in an ERP/POS system will be an added advantage
- Sound analytical skills with a high degree of integrity
- Possess good communication skills in English and literacy of IT
