Manager - Facilities Management
- The selected candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent engineering qualification from a recognized university or technical institute
- Be below 40 years of age
- Possess minimum 05 years of professional experience in Operations Management
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Be able to manage multiple tasks whilst complying with deadlines
- Have excellent managerial and supervision skills
- Be proficient in MS-Office Package
- Previous work experience in Civil construction would be an added advantage
