SUPERVISOR-TRIMS STORES
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Stores management. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility
- Liaise with stores employees with regard to Trim transferring activities to the Internal departments and other CM plants
- Follow-up with the related departments & Other CM plants on Trim connected inquiries
- Accepts trim receives as per the supplier Invoice & packing list provided
- Maintain and monitor 100% Perpetual Inspections (PI) on Trim stock level
- Purchases of general Items of the entire departments
- Coordinate all required warehouse activities
- Ensure to prepare Residual Trims against to the Residual report generated by Merchandising department within a month period
- Ensure of trim transportation to the end destination on time and liaise with shipping department on transport requests
- Monitor and overlook manpower duties and responsibilities in the department
- Ensure to strictly abide by the social compliance standard stipulated by the management on timely manner
- Fully focusing on Lean, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen activities
- Ensure to executive 5S Inside the department
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience in the similar capacity minimum 5 years in fully computerized large-scale trim store
- Communication skill in English & Computer Literacy
