Executive - Business Development - Insights

What you need to do

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, the competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points to develop targeted strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and nurture relationships with FMCG vendors, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to drive adoption of our data services offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address the needs of prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the revenue targets for the Data Services division.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

What we are looking for

  • Full or Part Qualification in CIMA or ACCA, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Distinctions for English and Mathematics in A/L and O/L examinations would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in FMCG will have a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for effective negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
