What you need to do
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret the data to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Segment the customer base based on demographics, purchase history and behavior.
- Analyze product strategies and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to drive alignment and action.
What we are looking for
- Full or Part Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics or Statistics.
- Distinctions for English and Mathematics in A/L and O/L examinations would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrable aptitude for effective negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data analysis results.
- Implement quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
