SALES EXECUTIVE
The Job Role:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience from relevant merchandising activities.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes.
- Preparing the data and analyze prospective and existing customers.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine market success.
- Any other functions as assigned based on work demand.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At Least 5 Years of Experience in the Marketing or Business Development field.
- Selling Experience in the Beverage / FMCG for GT, HORECA & MT Will be an Added Advantage.
- Professional Qualification from a reputed Institute Related to Sales and Marketing.
- Basic Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Having a Valid Riding License and Own a Motor Bike is a Must.
