ASSISTANT ENGINEER

SYSTEM ANALYST FULL-TIME
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the power generation of island-wide projects under the company and prepare monitoring reports in accordance with the requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports promptly, including power comparisons, to provide insightful analysis and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to report and duly rectify issues to maintain consistency and quality of systems.
- Maintain timely communication with clients, addressing technical concerns related to the system and providing necessary support and guidance.
- Act as a primary contact point for addressing customer complaints promptly to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHS) standards at work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Full or partial completion of NDT, TTI, HNDE or NVQ 6 equivalent qualification in power or electrical engineering.
- Previous experience in solar PV systems is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, industry standards and best practices.
- Good analytical skills, and IT literacy including Microsoft Office package.
- Good written and verbal communication skills both Sinhala & English.
- Preferably a candidate resided within the proximity of Colombo.
