YOUR responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders
- Achieving designated Residential Sales and Rental targets
- Formulating Sales plans and strategies
- Carrying out market research and monitoring competitor activity and analysis of market trends
YOU should possess:
- Proven progressive years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Thorough knowledge and experience in handling High Net Worth Customers
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse team
