SALES EXECUTIVE Spare Parts
(Colombo/Kandy)
Euro Motors (Pte) Ltd is the sole agent for importing and distributing JAC brand-new commercial vehicles in Sri Lanka. Today, the organization has become the market leader by satisfying customers in the Sri Lankan market for 20 years with an extended product portfolio that consists of a complete range of automobiles. Euro Motors is constantly focusing on future developments to maximize the benefits provided to our customers. We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy in our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling walk-in customers, internet inquiries, inbound and outbound telephone inquiries. Communicating and coordinating with the spare parts division as necessary.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards the customers at all times.
- Be involved in inventory management, invoicing and other admin tasks.
- Complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- Must have 2 years of experience in the spare parts sales.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-convincing skills.
- Age between 20-35 years
- Should possess a driving license.
- Hands-on experience in the MS Office package, Internet, and email.
