TRAINEE IT ASSISTANT
Candidate Profile:
- Following or completed HND/Diploma in computer hardware and networking.
- Sound knowledge in computer hardware and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies in a short time span.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and network infrastructure.
- Provide support to end-users on IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
