The Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager in the field of merchandising.

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their merchandising needs.
Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Oversee the end-to-end order processing, from order placement to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on orders, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or an equivalent qualification.
Professional qualifications in merchandising with minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.
