The Job:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team.

The Payroll Executive will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of payroll processing accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and deductions to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
