Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation for our fast-growing company. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of working with overseas teams and handling very large datasets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, data analysis, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the company's technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to design and deliver innovative solutions that address complex business problems.
- Work with overseas teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure that supports the company's growth and evolution.
- Manage and mentor technology teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers.
- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and data analysis tools to extract insights and drive business value from large datasets.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to enhance the company's offerings and competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support technology needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a CTO or similar role.
- Proven track record of working with overseas teams and managing very large datasets.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including agile development, continuous integration and deployment, and automated testing.
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis, including statistical modeling, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
