Customer Relationship Officer

Job Description

As a successful hire, you will be tasked to provide excellent customer service to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and to meet their expectations. The goal is to keep the organization running in an efficient and profitable manner.

Responsibilities

  • Diligently and effectively manage and follow up sales and record inquiries/complaints from the existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and convert constructive feedback to the management.
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance personal/team performance and work efficiency.
  • Familiar with Company's platform and be up-to-date on general market conditions.
