We're looking for an energetic individual to join Silueta (Biyagama) for a

• Human Resources Internship

Embark on an exciting journey in Human Resources with Silueta! The ideal candidate for this internship would be an undergraduate in Human Resources or Management (following CQHRM will be an added advantage) with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala and a good familiarity with MS Office packages. This opportunity would allow you to monitor employee absenteeism rates and handle grievances. You will also support the team in facilitating trainings and other administration tasks and handling employee relations activities.
