JOB PROFILE
The job holder will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, development, and integration of human resource policies and procedures in order to achieve the strategic business goals and operational objectives. S/he will be based at the company's manufacturing facility located at Flinth Commercial Park, Kadawatha.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification
- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Thorough knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law and practice
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and people motivational skills
- Must have a strong sense of quality and productivity
